Samyang Sriracha Ramen claims on the packaging that it is a “Spicy Flavor Stir-Fried Noodle” and that it has a “Sour Spicy Taste”. The packaging is perfect for a Sriracha Flavored ramen and Samyang nailed the essence of Sriracha. The primary thing missing here is the giant rooster to make the package complete.

Nissin Chili Noodles Tom Yum Shrimp Soup
When I saw that the noodles in Nissin Chili Noodles Tom Yum Shrimp Soup were actually made with chili peppers and then flavored with Tum Yum I couldn’t wait to dig in. Nissin has a presence in a lot of countries and Thailand is no exception. I can’t wait to try these chili noodles out!
Ottogi Odongtong Myon Seafood Spicy Ramyon
Ottogi Odongtong Myon Seafood Spicy Ramyon appealed to me because of the cherry decorated fishcakes on the packaging. Tao Kae Noi Creamy Tom Yum Kung
Tao Kae Noi is a brand that I have been familiar with for quite a while now. They make some simply delicious seaweed snacks. The flavoring and crispiness of their seaweed is top notch. Tourists flock to Tao Kae Noi Land stores while in Thailand to stock up on their favorite snacks. I was surprised to find they make ramen as well. Tao Kae Noi produces two different flavors and in this review I’ll be sampling Tao Kae Noi Creamy Tom Yum Kung.
Yum Yum Boat Noodles Nam Tok Flavored ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ
Yum Yum Boat Noodles Nam Tok Flavored ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ ramen beckoned to me from the sacred aisle of the grocery. Years ago I had my first boat noodles in Thailand along a canal. The rich taste cemented to my memory and taste buds for eternity. These strong flavored noodles hardly needed seasoning as they are already served so strongly flavored tasting that only a few individuals would dream of adding seasoning.

Itsuki Kumamoto Red Hot Spicy Ramen
I’ve had this package of Kumamoto Red Hot Spicy Ramen on my review queue for a while now and have been looking forward to eating them. I love a good bowl of authentic Japanese ramen and as these were a little higher on the cost scale I thought perhaps they might be a slice of Japanese authentic ramen. They are of the long noodle variety which is more common in Japan, so the hope was building.
Ottogi Ramen Bokki
I was at the store and saw this Ottogi Ramen Bokki staring at me and I mistakenly thought that it was a version of ttoekbokki. Apparently bokki means stir fry though and this was not the case. I was a bit disappointed at this but was happy to find that the flavor for these is very similar to my favorite chewy Korean street food ttoekbokki.
